Your Fitnezze login is a Hassle Studio account. The same account signs you in to every Hassle Studio product, so deleting it removes your account everywhere, not only in Fitnezze.
Your Hassle Studio account and the data tied to it across all Hassle Studio products, including Fitnezze and the remaining Hastok data: profile, workout history, progress logs, measurements, saved plans, and purchased access.
Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Purchased plans and access will not be restored.
Payment and transaction records (plan, amount, status, date) are kept for the period required by Indonesian law for accounting and tax purposes.
We process every request within 30 days. Until then your account stays active.
In the Fitnezze app: open Profile > Delete account.
